Agility Physiotherapy was founded in 2016 and is committed to providing both excellent and affordable physio services to all our clients. This can be available within a clinic setting and also at home should you be unable to reach our premises. Director, Andy Parker (BSc MHCPC MCSP), qualified from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 BSc Sports Science in 2007 and again in 2011 with a 2:1 in Physiotherapy from Salford University. Andy has worked all over the North West of England in a multitude of roles both privately and in the NHS and then opened the clinic in Chorlton, South Manchester.
In 2001, The Institute of Medicine (IOM) defined patient centred care as “providing care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, and values and ensuring that patient values guide all clinical decisions.” This means that your problems, and the goals you want to achieve, are the most important thing we take into account when designing a bespoke treatment plan to help you. As physiotherapists we are trained to approach our work in this very manner. This allows us to select from a wide variety of treatments in our skill set, to select those treatment options most suited for the job and to give the best possible chance to see positive results. If we approach each case in this way, we are confident that your rehabilitation potential will be realised.
Our aim is to get the best results in the quickest time possible. We will re-assess the effectiveness of the treatments regularly and make decisions together to best suit your recovery. You will find us friendly and approachable, knowledgable and efficient.
